Mar 7th 2010, Hardcore Parkour on 24!
If you just saw the 10th episode of 24 then you also know you saw some of that Tempest flavor flooding up your TV screens again. If you missed it please hold back those tears cuz we're sure you can find it at hulu.com. Our very own "Sugar" Caine Sinclair and Dickie Boy King worked on this episode as doubles for some action hungry actors. King played Farouche and Sugar played the one and only Jack Bauer for an intense chase scene. We hope you get a chance to check it out and as always, let us know what you think. Mar 3rd 2010, Steel on Carson Daly!
We thought we'd give ya'll a heads up that Carson Daly contacted Luci Steel to interview her about freerunning for an episode that airs this friday. We think it airs 1:35am following Jimmy Falon, which means that it actually airs on saturday morning. If we hear differently we will let you know. In case you didn't know Last Call with Carson Daly is on NBC these days and so is Luci Steel, at least for this week. We got a sneak preview of the rough cut and so far its lookin HOT! Keep an eye on this piece for any changes...

Feb 27th 2010, Tempest hits San Diego!
The past few months have seen the team hitting the live shows rather hard. One of those shows happened to take Luci, OJ, Cain and McLovin on a short road trip down to San Diego. Thanks to our friend Tee Scatourchio over at Live Lab Creative we got the chance to perform in front of 1500 people to spread freerunning bug and hopefully inspire the folks at Thomson-Reuters And West Publications...All we know is that it sounded like we succeeded!

Feb 27th 2010, Vegas Baby!!!
When we heard they needed some Tempest love for a live show in Vegas we had to mark our calenders! We gave Luci the keys to the truck, and told her to take OJ, Dan, and McLovin down to the city of sin amd keep em there til they become men! Ha, She did but not until after we smashed out another performance in front of a booming 1,500 people! We did our best to help the clients over at Solvay Pharmaceuticals see that overcoming obstacles is all in the mind! Then we took it to the streets and made our parents proud! Go Vegas! and thanks again Live Lab!

Feb 25th 2010, The Doctors!
Just this week four special members of Tempest were hired to perform live on the educational new show called Doctors! Diddy, Showtime, Sugar, and McLovin made a trip down to nearby Hollywood Studios and put on a great little performance for a live audience and the Doctors themselves. The episode called EXTREME WAYS TO LOOK AND FEEL GREAT will air on KCAL TV tomorrow! Check out your local listings link on The Doctors website to find out your local showing time. Feb 17th 2010, Jump Magazine!
If you haven't already heard (if this is you, it's about time you get out from under that rock) Urban Freeflow has just released a new one of a kind Freerunning magazine. Jump magazine is one of the only Freerun mags out there and is pretty darn cool if you ask us! Check it out below cuz they even found a couple pages to waste on a huge photo of our very own Gabe "JayWalker" Nunez. Thanks to Urban Freeflow for the photo spot and for putting out this much needed Magazine to highlight the freerunning communities across the globe. Jan 29th 2010, Orlando Magic!
And No, we aint talking about basketball. Tempest got a call to perform at medical company Smith and Nephew's yearly sales conference at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando. Lets just say we started the show off with a bang and hopefully left everyone wanting more...Afterall every job is just another chance to spread the freerunning bug and share the Tru Freedom! The show went great and Diddy, No Sole, and Jaywalker even got to donate the set pieces (two parkour blocks) to Miami Parkour. Hope they work out well for you guys!

Jan 24th 2010, AirWipp in LA!
Once again we have an amigo in town but this time its our good buddy Philip Ljungberg from Sweden and he brought his freerunning shoes. Phillip is one of the founders of team Air Wipp and a long-time friend of Tempest. He and his teammate Marcus Gustafson hosted us for a week last year after creating a great event for the Red Bull Art of Motion competition in Sweden. If you haven't heard of Air Wipp then you haven't checked out Swedish Freerunning. They are great freerunners and even better people...Surely something great will come of his time here in L.A.

Over the years we have had tons of people come out our way and join us for training. This past week we had Nick Womack come in all the way from Tennessee. He spent a good amount of time training with us and just taking it all in, and for that we must say thanks NIck! Hopefully we were a big help in your progression, and we hope you enjoyed the vietnamese food! It is people like you that keep us inspired to spread the word about our sport...BUT you still owe us a goldfish!

Jan 13th 2010, Are u fit? Or Crossfit?
Tempest is back in action and we are happy to say that the new year has started with us getting back to training. We are hitting the Crossfit workouts hard and thanks to Valley Crossfit's Mike Latch we will be beastly strong this year! Yes, most people workout but Crossfit is a different animal. Mike's "only the strong" approach to strength and conditioning is bar none the toughest we've come across. But as we always say, Go Big or Go Home! check out the pics from tuesdays workout!

Jan 8th 2010, Yo! Yo, that is!
The Dickie Boy King, McLovin and JayWalker just did an awesome Yo-Yo commercial for the Razor company and tore it up once again. Rich coordinated and maintained the safety of the crew while Gabe and Ryan put on their freerunning shoes and went to work. It was an awesome day and we got to see some amazing spinning top and Yo-Yo tricks... And we thought we could spin! The commercial should air soon so we'll let you know. Tempest out!

Dec 20th 2009, Japanese Warriors!
In case you missed it like we told you not to, here are the results of the American Ninja Warrior:
Levi, No Sole, Diddy, Dickie Boy, and Sugar made it all the way to Japan to test their might against the Course! Diddy overturned an ankle in the middle of the first round and could not continue on while Sugar Caine reached the end of the first section just as his time ran out. No Sole and Rich both made it to the second round easily and met their fate on the new wooden plank obstacle. And Levi once again beasted his way to the third round where he had another disagreement with the cliffhanger. So until next time its training time....

Dec 17th 2009, What up Ninja?
Don't miss this Saturday's airing of the third and fourth episode of the American Ninja Warrior on G4 TV. If you don't already know, this will be the episode where the world finds out which ten Ninjas get to take a trip to Japan and tackle the real Ninja Warrior course. And if your any sort of tempest fan this is a show to watch out for. So far six athletes have represented Tempest at the tryouts to make it to Japan. This time around Luci Steel is the only one who's been wet. But athletes are getting cut, and the battle continues. Stay tuned to see who goes and who blows!!!

Dec 16th 2009, Don't forget the forgotten!
Six members of Tempest just put down that good ol' freerunning passion into a new episode of the popular television show "The Forgotten." This episode is sure to be good since the entire episode is based on pk/fr and features the likes of Levi Meeuwenberg and Team Tempest's Dan Mast, Gabe Nunez, Vik Lopez, Rich King, Paul Diddy, and David Elson. We played for hours on the sketchy backlots of Warner Bros studios, but at the end of the day we came out successful and proud of the job we had done. Special thanks to Colin Follenweider for bringin in the boys!!!

This past weekend JayWalker Nunez, Sugar Sinclair, And Ryan McLovin took a trip down to San Diego State University to spread some Parkour/Freerunning love and help Samsung promote their new touch screen phone. The boys pretty much just played all day and invited onlookers to join in the fun... All in all it was another great day of spreading the word!!! Word Up!

The VGA's just aired and if your a true gamer then we know you caught a glimpse of the world premier of the prince of persia video game trailer. Our tattooed teammate Dan "Shooter" Mast did all the motion capture for the the character in this exciting new trailer and we had to give him a shout-out to make sure all his fans out there paid due respect to the one with the guns!!! Dec 12th 2009, Warriors! come out n play!
While you were watching the first ever American Ninja Warrior you found yourself wondering, "is that team Tempest?" The answer is yes. Diddy, Dickie boy, No sole, Sugar Caine, JayWalker, and Luci steel represented the Tru Freedom Flag all over the first half of the show. Joined by our amigos Skynative and Willie Spencer we put on a demonstration and showed the world that our training as freerunners is no joke when it comes to real world application. Dec 9th 2009, Sugar: make it a Venti
Sugar Caine Sinclair just posed as a Hooligan for a recent Carlo Venti concert in Glendale at the Stars Palace. Carlo Venti is a well known Persian singer/songwriter Originally from Iran. Caine showed off a mix of his freerunning/tricking/gymnastics skills and even roughed up a couple bouncers on stage. Just another little nook that the tempest roach creeped into...Thanks Carlo and good work "Sugar"

Nov 22nd 2009, Tempest visits Mexico!
Our Amigo JayWalker took a trip down to Mexico City this past week to grab himself some good ol' street vendor comida and train with the locals. First he did a week of acrobatic/tricking classes with Top Team Sport Karate Instructor Jacob Tapia. Gabe got to train in the newly opened Top Team gym and work with kids that will be competing at this years super grands in Buffalo, New York. While he was there he made it a point to meet Mexico's best team, los Monos Urbanos. The Monos Urbanos invited Gabe to do a 2 hour workshop for 25 of their students and Instructors. Nov 1st 2009, Halloween Stuntacular!
This weekend Tempest performed six high energy live shows for the opening of the 6th Annual Halloween Stuntacular. The event, put on by Andy Dylon and some of hollywoods best stuntmen and women, is an alternative to the usual trick or treating and a charity event for the MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION. Every year the show gets a little bigger and better and we've heard that this year was the best yet...Thanks Andy for letting us be a part of this great event...

Hopefully you've got your eyes on G4 this week as they prepare to air the World Freerunning Championships for the first time in America. Two of your favorite freerunners, Showtime and Jaywalker, traveled to the UK to be the only athletes representing the U.S. Last year Gabe Nunez jaywalked his way back home with a World Title while Victor Lopez finished in the Top Ten. In two days MTV will be airing the long awaited Ultimate Parkour Challenge featuring some of the top athletes from around the world. Oct 12th 2009, Tempest joins the jam!
This past Sunday saw a large group of more than thirty freerunners from San Diego to San Francisco all gathered around the hot spots on the UCLA campus in LA. Thanks to our good friend Shane Daniels we also joined the jammers and had a blast doing so. Six members of Tempest showed up and rocked out with the rest. We are happy to say that there were tons of friendly faces and we even saw a Trü Freedom shirt out there that we didnt give away! Guess that means some people are really starting to show their support for the team. Thanks Again Shane!

Tempest supports Hollywood Stuntwomen by performing at the Diamonds in the Raw awards show this Sunday Oct. 4th. This is the second year that the Stuntwomens luncheon has honored the outstanding work that these women do in order to help create memorable moments in film, television, and commercials. Special thanks to stuntwoman (and pretty good freerunner) Natascha Hopkins and our very own Luci "Steel", who was nominated for Stuntwoman of the Year award, for helping us be a part of this great event. Sep 30th 2009, Mall Cop "Sugar" Video
Check out the special feature short that Showtime did this past spring with the cast of Paul Blart Mall Cop. Kevin James and the rest of the cast participated to make this the most star studded freerunning video yet. Vik was hired as an actor/stuntman/freerunner on the film and got the opportunity to do a good amount of behind the scenes filming and interviews. You can find this video and more on the DVD for the movie.

Sep 29th 2009, Ninja Assasin!
Remember those darkly dressed assailants who ran across rooftops with swords on their backs and daggers in their eyes. Well Rich "Dickie Boy" King does. They are called Ninja's, and he used to steel his moms black panty hose and use them as a his ninja mask. But this year Rich got to play a Ninja, as well as Coordinate the freerunning sequences in the new Ninja Assasin movie. Sep 27th 2009, Zombieland hits the Big Screen!
Your right! And we agree that it's about time for another good Zombie flick. Well, Zombieland seems to be that film and we are happy to say that our very own Luci Steel had the opportunity to work on it. She didn't do much freerunning but she did double some of the scariest little creatures we've ever seen. Sugar Caine Sinclair and Paul Diddy just finished shooting a music video that is out on youtube now! We can't say that they used Diddy or Sugar for their freerunning skills but you can make that decision for yourself. We know that they definitely got a workout. In the video it looks like Caine is running from either Godzilla or having to eat another goldfish but we just couldn't decide between the two...check out the link below.

Hopefully your a HEROES fanatic and you caught a glimpse of the season premiere this week. Our very own David "OJ" Elson can be seen bounding extra gracefully through an alleyway as he doubled Peter Patrelli. Sep 10th 2009, Special Thanks!
After two International Competitions and the American Ninja Warrior Tryouts, Team Tempest has some thanking to do. We have been around the world lately and everywhere we've gone one thing remained the same. We were in damn good shape. So a Special Thank You goes out to Mike Latch from Valley Crossfit here in Los Angeles. Because of Mike's incredible workouts we have been on top of our game for every competition and obstacle course that we've come across this year. Check out this photo of him repping the prayer feet. Sep 3rd 2009, New Age Ninja's
So after a bunch of paperwork and contract signing, we have an update...The update is that we arent allowed to tell you anything! At least not anything about the American Ninja Warrior results. So, in an effort to give you the latest news we will just say that you are in for a ride. The American Ninja Warrior Challenge will air on G4 and as soon as we hear the date we will let you know. Until then you'll just have to guess which Tempest members will be going to Japan, if any? Oh the Suspense...Stay Tuned!

Aug 30th 2009, Ninja Warriors
Tempest showed up today for the first round of the Ninja Warrior challenge, and when we say showed up we mean that with a capital SHOW! Dickie Boy, Diddy, JayWalker, Sugar Caine, Nosol, and Luci Steel put on a show ripping their way through the first round obstacle course. We aren't sure how much we can tell you but lets just put it this way. We hit it hard and if you check back tomorrow you just might find out that your favorite Tempest member could be getting the chance to visit Japan. At least we hope thats what you'll find out. Aug 28th 2009, Nitro Circus Correction
Hopefully you didn't sit in front of your television last night waiting to see team tempest on Nitro Circus but...if you did, no worries. You were not alone. Tempest also gathered around the new aged campfire and ordered pizza for the first episode of season two. Unfortunately there was no Tempest on the show last night so we must apologize for the hoax. We did indeed believe that our freerunning segment was going to be part of episode one so we sent an email to the production team. We will keep you updated and let you know the real air date asap!

Aug 27th 2009, Nitro Circus Air Date
Yes! Today is the Day we've been waiting for! August 27th is finally here and tonight at 10p.m. et/pt the first episode of season 2 will air on MTV. Please tune in to check out if Tempest lived up to the hype. We put it all on the line and so did the Nitro Circus team as we hit the mean streets of downtown L.A. Watch Jolene palm spin, Street bike Tommy reverse vault, and Andy Bell Kong while Special Greg does it all. And don't think for a minute that Tempest wouldn't bring some excitement to the show! Aug 23rd 2009, Red Bull Sweden
Red Bull put their mark on the city of Helsinborg this week with the first ever Swedish freerunning competition. As always Red Bull and Team Air Wipp treated the attending athletes like kings. It's very nice to know that freerunning competitions are growing in numbers and practitioners are beginning to feel like professional athletes. The competition went well with about 20 athletes from around the world competing. Tempest athletes Vik Lopez, Luci Steel, David Elson, and Gabe Nunez competed at the Swedish comp. OJ and Jawalker did well and Vik Lopez took 5th place, while Luci Steel performed an excellent run landing her in the 9th spot beating out almost half of the guys. Go Steel! We loved Sweden as you can see!

Aug 16th 2009, Tempest Reps The Flag!
Just yesterday athletes Showtime and Jaywalker rocked out in front of a crowd of nearly 8,000 in Central London's Trafalgar Square as the only Americans competing in the 2009 Barclaycard World Freerun Championships. JayWalker finished in 7th place, while Showtime took the flag to an outstanding 2nd place. In his final round, Showtime smashed the competition with a never before seen backflip to cat grab right in the middle of a completely perfect run. We are happy to say that G4 TV will be airing the competition on the 25th of October. Please show your support for Jaywalker and Showtime by spreading the word and tuning into the Championships.

Aug 10th 2009, Training time!
The team is training hard and prepping up for the two biggest competitions of the year. Vik Lopez and Gabe Nunez are gearing up to compete in the Barclaycard World Freerun Championships on August 15th in London, while Luci Steel and David "OJ" Elson are preparing to rock the first ever Red Bull Art of Motion in Sweden. Along with teammates McLovin, Sugar Caine, Paul Diddy, and Dr. King himself the group trained their Arses off. Keep an eye out for what happens when Tempest takes on the World!

Aug 5th 2009, Singing with Tempest!
Team Tempest has a friend in Nashville, Tennessee who is one hell of a singer. His name is Heath Hensley and you best remember that. You may have seen him recently winning an episode of the Singing Bee on CMT, but he's not only Country. Heath can sing anything from Gospel to R&B. We are telling you this is because Heath is spending 3 weeks with Tempest to get himself in shape. We love Heath so we offered to take him along to experience our way of keeping the body in tip top shape and in return he taught us how to sing...or atleast he tried. Team Tempest has teamed up with LiveLab, a creative entertainment company led by Tee Scatourchio and Mike Levesque, to join forces and create an exciting live show for Microsoft. This past week Tempest members David Elson, Caine Sinclair, and Ryan Houchin joined well known breakdancer "Speedy" in Atlanta Georgia for a great corporate event. They helped Microsoft employees truly understand the meaning of overcoming obstacles...Tempest is always happy to spread the "Tru Freedom"

Jul 3rd 2009, The Boys r back in town!
Yes they are. After a month of back to back vacations to the "Big Apple" Paul Diddy has returned to the west coast. He put in some work doubling your favorite vampire super hunk, Rob Pattinson, and spent the rest of his time visiting the statue of liberty and eating Pizza. Actually we aren't sure how much of that last bit is true but it sure sounds good. Rich King, Gabe Nunez, and Victor Lopez also returned from their 3 month long work on "Expendables." The three musketeers traveled across the water to Brazil and then made their way to the Bayou's of New Orleans, Louisiana. There will be pics and a video available soon for your viewing pleasure...

Jun 23rd 2009, Tempest = dreams come true!
Our very own David Elson always wanted to walk in the shoes of lead actor Peter Petrelli from HEROES. Well, this past week he got the opportunity to do that and more. Look out for him on a future episode of HEROES making Petrelli look like a spider monkey swinging through the concrete jungle of downtown L.A. David did some wire work and some great parkour/freerunning through the famous piss alley, and we don't call it that for the fun of it. The alley smells like...well, piss! Good thing he stayed on his feet. Keep your DVR on HEROES and maybe you'll even get a whiff through your television screen. Happy viewing!

The sweet and not so sour "Sugar" Caine Sinclair showed off his multiple personalities this week for a new at&t commercial. Caine can be seen doing some good ole fashioned fence jumping, but he let his good friend Herschel Bleefeld double him for all those dangerous acting parts! And that's not all! He can also be seen dishing out cavities in a New Flo-Rida and Nelly Furtado music video. We will keep you updated on it's release but for now keep your eyes peeled..

May 22nd 2009, Steel Wings - Red Bull Vienna
56 wings sprouted in Vienna, Austria today when 28 of the worlds top freerunners went head to head in the second ever Red Bull Art of Motion. An estimated 3,500 Austrians came out to watch the event with one of the evening's highlights being Luci "Steel" Romberg clearing huge gaps, throwing some clean flips and beating half of the male athletes at the event. Steel is the first female to ever compete in a major freerunning event. Steel and the rest of Team Tempest are wasting no time getting back to the concrete and preparing for the 2009 World Championship and a handful of other international competitions.

Hot on the spot for Season 2 of Nitro Circus, Team Tempest spent the day showing the rag tag crew of motor heads how to break themselves sans internal combustion engines. Although Travis was off scouting another location, Jolene, Streetbike Tommy, Andy Bell, Roner, and Special Greg all got a taste of the freerunner's lifestyle while helping a Tempest dream come true. The World Freerun and Parkour Federation has teamed up with MTV to create a show called The Ultimate Parkour Challenge. The show features Daniel Ilabaca, Ryan Doyle,Tim "Livewire" Shieff, Brian "NoSole" Orosco, Michael Turner, Daniel Arroyo and King David. Diddy worked as the stunt coordinator and head judge. The course was set at an old abandoned warehouse that would make Oleg, the russian climber, jealous. Make sure to check out the show on MTV on April 26th at 10:30pm pacific time. Apr 14th 2009, Tempest goes slow-mo
You may think we are a bit 'slow' but not that slow! Tempest teamed up with IDT (www.idtvision.com) so we could bring you some funky freshness. Where better than historic UCLA for a day of freerunning at 1000 fps. This was one intense camera. The 8 seconds seconds real time is nearly 5 1/2 minutes of slow motion flavor. Tempest met up with Ciamac, our camera guy, in the morning, and were able to capture a handful of sweet short clips. We were limited because the camera can only capture up to 8 seconds and that takes an hour after filming to dump. Check out our first of several Pimp-erific slow-mo vids to be released. SPLASH!!!!!!!

This past Saturday night, in front of thousands, Team Tempest performed at Universal City Walk. Nintendo released their new handheld DSi and wanted a live show that could match the excitement of this much anticipated portable gaming system. Members from Team Tempest brought the STAR power with their big airs and acrobatic skills that would make Mario and Luigi cough up their mushrooms. Tempest performed following the battle of the bands and an exclusive performance by the GYM CLASS HEROES! Nintendo fans went buck wild and fully enjoyed the performances. It was a memorable night for the team to be part of Nintendo history....

Mar 27th 2009, Tempest Goes 2 Brazil!
Showtime, Jaywalker and Dickie Boy are all heading to Brazil to work with Rambo and the stunt team that brought you Matrix, 300, Fight Club, Watchmen etc... on a movie called Expendables. Its an action packed movie with lots of star power for the cast. We all wish them good luck and to be safe. Hopefully they will be able to get with the local freerunners in Rio to get some hard training in.

The Incredible Luci Steel Strikes again. Luci was invited back this year to compete against the awesome obstacle course known as Sasuke, along with Levi a.k.a. SkyNative of the Tribe. We've only heard the stories of how it all went down but we'll have to wait to spill the beans. You'll have to watch this season of Ninja Warrior to find out what happened to the Two American Ninja's.

The Annual Kids CARE Awards were looking for something Beyond Gravity for their entertainment this year. They came to the right team. According to the audience response our show was a definite success. Ten of our eleven members were in attendance and each individual put in some hard work to create the best show we could, within the little time we had to rehearse. Our dearest Luci has left us for the far away ZOMBIELAND, Georgia. We are excited to see what a steel zombie can do. She is playing an angry zombie and doubling an actress on the film. We're sure she's working hard and hopefully playing harder. So if any of you Georgians see a four foot zombie out on the loose please catch her, stuff her in a suitcase, and send her back to Cali. Cak di la, Brat! Our hispanic hero Gabe "the JayWalker" Nunez has been sent to the heart of Mexico along with the great Oleg Vorslav from Latvia. The two spent lots of time translating phrases from russian to english and and vice versa while working hard on a commercial spot for Sony Ericsson. Okay. You caught us. By working hard we mean they bounced around on a trampoline under the beautiful mexican sun for a couple of hours. International Gymnast magazine reached out to our beloved teammate Gabriel Nunez to get his insight into the world of parkour/freerunning. Author Dwight Normile did a great job researching the two disciplines and interviewing some of the best in the world. The likes of Sebastian Foucan, Chase Armitage, and our very own Gabriel Jaywalker Nunez can be found in this 3 page article that also addresses the issue of competition. Gabe does a pretty good job of explaining why he has chosen to participate in competition and why he believes it isn’t a negative evolutionary process for the sport. LOOK OUT! SHOWTIME WILL BE IN THEATRES NEAR YOU...TWICE! You know what they say, two is always better than one...Check Victor Lopez in the new Paul Blart: Mall Cop, where he even got to display some of his acting abilities. Victor and Natasha Hopkins, a great stuntwoman who has picked up her own set of freerunning skills, were hired to be the freerunning pair who chase down Kevin James the Mall Cop... It's sure to be a laugh and another great spotlight for freerunning.

Sep 5th 2008, JayWalker wins...
After a completely exciting evening of freerunning and shananigans we are proud to say that our very own Gabriel "JayWalker" Nunez took the title of World Champion. After tons of explosive runs from competitors representing every country on the map, Gabe pulled through during the last round to bring the title home to the U.S. Most of all we had fun and experienced the respect and support that true athletes have for one another. Aug 26th 2008, Ridin Dirty COPK 2008
Our recent trip to Denver, Colorado for the national jam was one to remember. 17 hours in a 15 passenger van leads to a lot of goofing around. Denver is definitely one of the best spots to freerun. It's a once a year jam that you don't want to miss. Here is a video Diddy put together of our COPK adventure.

This past weekend Tempest was hired to work on Chisa Yokoyama's newest music video. The music video was filmed at a local LA high school where we were able to freerun all over the school. Jul 18th 2008, Renault Car Commercial
French car company Renault recently hired Gabe "JayWalker" Nunez, Rich "Dick McKenzie" King, and fellow freerunner Brent "Whole Foods" Steffensen to put together an Industrial Commercial for the release of a new model that is too hush hush to say at this point. The commercial will air during the release of the vehicle. JayWalker was hired as the lead euro-sexy and did not only Freerunning but was hired for the still shoot as well. You be the judge and let us know if it worked. Model Or Man? While Dickie Boy coordinated the freerunning in downtown LA, Whole Foods safety'd all the major stunts. Renault has expressed their happiness by saying Merci! As Always stay tuned ...or whatever.

After the success of the 3 Doors Down music video "it's not my time" on VH1, Gabe the JayWalker was invited back to where it all started. Cincinnatti welcomed Gabe back and showed him the city from a different perspective. The great people at Metaphor released a new product called liberatedomains.com and used Gabe to help launch it all off. Gabe got the opportunity to meet alot great people who are passionately involved in the city's improvement. Special thanks to Ran Mullins and his amazing team at Metaphor for bringing him out, and the team from studiovertu.com who presented Gabe with the first and only Team Tempest marble coasters. After some good fun and some Skyline Chili Gabe left with hopes of getting the chance to go back and experience the Natti again...To Be Cont.

Jun 21st 2008, ZoOMZoOM!
Showtime Lopez and Jaywalker zoom zoomed over some Mazdas to kick of their summer 10 car dash event. Oddly enough they chose Gabe to be Showtimes double and as you can tell it worked wonderfully. They look exactly alike and it turns out they are actually twins seperated at birth. Showtime lived up to his name while Gabe pretty much just played water boy and camera man. Keep your eyes peeled as this commercial should kick off locally july first and then shortly after will blow out to the rest of the nation. Team Tempest will be heading to London to represent the US in the biggest event yet in the history of Parkour/Freerun. To be hosted by Urban Freeflow on the 3rd of September, the event will bring together athletes from around the world. More news to follow.

May 16th 2008, Do the Dew, Dew'ds!
The once bum looking Gabe from team tempest has handsomely returned to humanity. He chopped his locks and shaved the shadow for a Mountain Dew Commercial airing in the Middle East. Gabe got to work with Director Scott Waugh and the Bandito Bros along with some soon to be World Famous Actors to include Sammy Sheikh, Mike Espy, and Mikael Ayele as seen in the shot above. If these boys don't do it for the women in scarfs then I don't know who will. Much thanks goes out to Pepsi-Mountain Dew for having him.

We take you behind the scenes of the Liquid Mountain shoot directed by Forest Whitaker and coordinated by Andy Cheng. We worked with many talented stuntmen/actors/freerunners such as, Lateef Crowder (Tom Yum Goong), Ilram Choi (Avatar), William Spencer (Hollarado), Collin Follenweider (Spiderman 3), Garland Spencer (You Got Served) and many others. It was a fun set to work on with such amazing people.

Jan 25th 2008, ZOHAN!
Gabe and Diddy recently returned from their trip to Israel where they finished filming the last few scenes of the Adam Sandler movie "You Don't Mess with the Zohan". The trailer for the movie is being played in the previews for the movie "I am Legend. Diddy and Gabe can be seen throwing huge gainers and jumping on to moving cars in the trailer. They both doubled Adam Sandler and definitely made him turn I to the ZOHAN!
