Please tell me how I can be trained for something like this. I am 23 and I look like I’m 14. My experience is laughable. I once did a back flip on a trampoline and a flip flop on the floor out of excitement. I have an abundance of energy that I don’t know what to do with. Where would I start? Am I too old to even start?

hi guys my name is chris and i am really motivated by your video that i saw.i really want to freerun but the obstacles around me are to small and i cant do a backflip or frontflip and stuff like a expert so i was hoping that you could show me some techniques to help me gain mucle around my body because i am a skinny tall kind of person and i need arm and leg strengh i hpoe you have read this letter i will here back from your reply,oh and i am in new zealand just to let you know and i am twelve years old turning thirteen this yeasr on 2011.see yah lata and hope in the future i will be an expert free runner.:)
