In March, we revealed that “Hunger Games” star Jennifer Lawrence busted a move at Tempest Freerunning Academy to prep for her role as Katniss Everdeen.
Three of Team Tempest’s freerunners coached Lawrence, including the amazing Luci “Steel” Romberg.
Recently, SELF caught up with Luci to nab some top-secret moves to gain a Hunger Games body – without having to avoid traps, evil Tributes or muttations in the process. Check out the whole article on SELF.com to get Luci’s top three moves, including the quadropedal pictured above.
One more thing you’ll need: A good attitude. “We had Jennifer learn all the basics such as vaults, wall runs and rolls and she was a fun and enthusiastic student,” Luci told SELF. “She was ready and willing to try anything we threw at her and she picked it up really well.”
